By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or using any part of our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

MyBrief24 is an AI-powered personalized intelligence platform that provides investors, founders, executives, and analysts with daily intelligence briefs, market signal alerts, and research capabilities. The Service is currently in private beta and features may change without notice.

MyBrief24 offers the following subscription tiers:

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Prices are stated in US dollars and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have already paid. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY MYBRIEF24 IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYBRIEF24 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
